Welcome to the Scottish Rite

As General Secretary in the Valley of Charleston, West Virginia, I serve Illustrious Jack Yost, the head of Scottish Rite Masonry in West Virginia, as his Secretarial Representative in the Valley of Charleston.

In addition to maintaining all the records of Charleston’s approximately 3000 members, and seeing to the collection of their Dues, the Secretary’s office helps our Membership Director and Club coordinator with activities and schedules for our nine regional Scottish Rite Clubs and their officers, and works with the officers and members conducting our membership Reunions.

Our Secretaries office prints programs for special activities throughout the year, such as The George Washington Banquet, honoring our ROTC cadets and Americanism Essay winners; The Feast of Tishri, our harvest festival; and our annual Memorial Service.

The Secretarial Staff is pleased to help Illustrious Jim J. Crawford, Illustrious Brother Yost's Personal Representative in the Valley of Charleston with management of the Scottish Rite property and scheduling of events.

I am also pleased to serve our Sovereign Grand Commander Illustrious Ronald Seale and his Director of Membership Services, Illustrious Dean Alban in the planning and development of our National Database, “The Sentinel System”.
